Holistic healing has been an integral part of Monica’s life since her childhood. As a young girl, Monica watched her mother concoct various potions and lotions from wild herbs, such as nettles and dandelion, which were gathered from the many acres of farmland her family owned deep in the Irish countryside. Passionate about skin and beauty at an early age, Monica could often be found in the kitchen concocting her own potions and lotions from fresh foods, such as bananas, strawberries, avocados, eggs, honey, oatmeal, yogurt, lemons, cucumbers, potatoes, olive oil, and wild herbs.
Monica is also an ordained Interfaith Minister who uses her training to extend her active practice and philosophy to help her clients to achieve beauty from the inside out. Monica’s deep love for people, together with her skills in compassionate listening and sacred touch, taps into her clients’ emotional and physical ailments, helping them to relax and ease signs of stress and aging.
